How do I cancel my order?
Currently misohlifstyle.com does not offer order cancellations after an order has been placed.
The item I received was damaged. What should I do?
Please email misohlifestyle@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include “Damaged Product” in the subject line and in the body of the email include your name, order number, description, and images of the damaged item.
How do I receive news and exclusive offers from Misoh Lifestyle?
When checking out, enter your email address or mobile phone number under Contact Information and check the box that says ‘Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers’ to receive newsletters and special promotions from Misoh Lifestyle.
Can I change the shipping address after my order has been placed?
Once your order is placed, you cannot change the shipping address.
